Work I've designed and built.
Every project here started from a blank file, not a template. Live links are available on request.
Samantha Hall Hair & Makeup
Bookings were being managed through Instagram DMs, with no easy way for potential clients to check availability, see pricing, or browse past work by event type, so enquiries were stalling before they turned into bookings.
- Clear service structure (wedding / occasion / editorial) with pricing guidance and booking flow
- Portfolio preview layout designed for regular updates
- Mobile-first, fast-loading pages with simple navigation and clear CTAs
Sam & Jamie Wedding Website
Guests needed one reliable place for the date, venue, travel, running order and menu, plus a simple way to RSVP and choose their meals without a stream of messages back and forth.
- RSVP flow that lets one guest reply for their whole party, including meal choices
- Countdown, add-to-calendar links and a clear running order for the day
- Guest-only gallery protected by a simple surname check
- The same build is available to couples through JBH Weddings
Ella & Tom Wedding Demo
Couples considering a wedding website wanted to see exactly what their guests would get before committing, and features like a live photo gallery are hard to picture from a description alone.
- Photo hunt with per-guest missions, a leaderboard and a live big-screen gallery
- Printable QR code so guests can join from their own phones, with no app or account
- RSVP form handling plus-ones and dietary requirements
- Photo booth images feed into the same live gallery
JBH Weddings Platform
Running wedding websites, guest galleries and photo booths for several couples at once meant enquiries, questionnaires, agreements, payments and build checklists were spread across email, documents and memory, with no quick way to see which wedding needed attention.
- Admin dashboard with red, amber and green status per wedding and task
- Modular services with dependency rules, so nothing can be switched on without what it needs
- Magic-link couples' portal with questionnaire, progress tracker and e-signed booking agreement
- Per-couple colour theming carried across every guest-facing page
- Live gallery, Photo Hunt, RSVP, check-in and photo booth ingest built in
VYPR Security
The community ran across three disconnected surfaces: a Discord server, a storefront, and manually managed member records, with no shared source of truth, meaning role changes, promotions and orders had to be updated by hand in multiple places.
- Custom member portal with admin, roster and promotion workflows
- Public storefront with a member-only section, backed by the same database
- Discord bot handling role sync and a live chat bridge between platforms
84th Wardogs Community
The community lived entirely inside Discord, so new players had nowhere to learn who the group were before joining, and useful game knowledge was scattered across chat threads and patch notes.
- Searchable database of 370+ in-game items with stats, filters and categories
- Interactive tools including a weapon comparison and map guides
- Live leaderboard and member pages tied into the community's Discord
- Guides section and patch notes written for new and returning players
